Terms of Service

The terms for this website, AI4Kanban Cloud, the Pro subscription, and paid training — who provides each one, and what you agree to when you use it.

On this page

Who we are

  • Website, Cloud, and Pro: NULLREACH LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16414328), registered office Office 15285 Initial Business Centre, Unit 7 Wilson Business Park, Manchester, M40 8WN, United Kingdom.
  • Paid training: 厦门宛理之间科技有限公司, a company registered in the People's Republic of China, is the seller and issues the invoice. See Training.

"We" and "us" mean the company providing the service in question. By using the website, signing in to Cloud, subscribing to Pro, or booking training, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

What these Terms cover

  • The website at ai4kanban.dev, including its forms.
  • AI4Kanban Cloud, the hosted service described on /cloud.
  • Pro, the paid subscription described on /pricing.
  • Paid training booked on /training.

The app and the akb command are open-source software under the Apache License 2.0. That licence alone governs your right to use, copy, modify, and redistribute them. These Terms neither add to it nor take from it. A Local board is Markdown in your own repository and never touches Cloud.

AI4Kanban Cloud

It is an invite-only preview. Using it requires a GitHub account we have admitted. We may decline, limit, or withdraw access.

It is free. Pro does not include Cloud access, and a Cloud invite does not require Pro. Continuing to use the free preview never counts as agreeing to pay.

There is no availability promise. No uptime commitment, service level, or support response time. Features may change or disappear, and capacity limits may refuse writes.

It keeps no backups. A Cloud board's cards, memory, releases, and history live in its workspace. The app exports the whole board as Markdown at any time, and that export is the only copy anyone can restore from. Leaving Cloud and deleting a workspace are both in the app, under Configuration → Workspace.

Workspaces are shared. An owner can add any admitted GitHub user. Everyone in a workspace reads the whole board and its history, including who changed what. You are responsible for who you add.

Your account is yours to secure. You are responsible for activity under it. Tell us at [email protected] about any unauthorised use. You must be at least 16, and if you use Cloud for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it to these Terms.

We may end the preview or close an account at any time. We will give reasonable notice where practical, by email from [email protected] to the address GitHub verified for your account. No fixed notice period is promised.

Pro

Pro is a paid subscription sold by NULLREACH LTD. You buy it signed in with GitHub; no Cloud invite is needed.

  • Price and billing: the price and billing period are shown on /pricing and on the checkout page. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
  • Payment: Creem is the merchant of record. It takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your invoice. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's buyer terms.
  • Cancelling: open Billing in the app to reach Creem's customer portal, and cancel there at any time. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for, and then your account returns to the free plan.
  • Failed payments: if a renewal fails, Creem retries it and you keep Pro while it does. If the payment never succeeds, the subscription ends.
  • Refunds: payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. We may grant a refund at our discretion; ask at [email protected]. A refund or chargeback, full or partial, cancels the subscription and ends Pro and its credits at once.
  • Price changes: we tell you in advance, and a new price applies only from your next renewal.
  • AI credits: Pro includes a monthly allowance of credits for AI features such as voiceover and cover generation. What each use costs is shown on /pricing. Credits reset each month, do not carry over, have no cash value, and are not refunded separately.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first.

Your content

You own what you put into Cloud — board content, event details, decisions, and answers.

You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, transmit, and display it only to run and secure the Service for you and the people in your workspace, and to deliver it to destinations you connect, such as Slack or Lark. The licence ends when the content is deleted.

We do not train AI models on your content, and no AI model runs over your board content on our side. Your code, repositories, credentials, and model keys never reach Cloud.

Pro's voiceover and cover generation send the text, prompts, and images you submit to an AI model provider to produce the result. They are used only to generate it, not to train models, and we do not keep them. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what Cloud holds and for how long.

You are responsible for having the right to send your content, and we may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
  • Send malware, phishing, or other harmful material.
  • Probe or attack the Service, bypass its limits, or reach another account's records.
  • Resell the hosted Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or close access if we reasonably believe you have done any of these.

Training

Training is one-to-one guidance on your own project, delivered in online sessions. It is sold and invoiced by 厦门宛理之间科技有限公司, which is your contracting party for training.

  • Prices are listed on /training in US dollars. The payment request states the final amount, including any applicable tax.
  • Booking holds the hour you picked. It is not a payment and nothing is charged on the site.
  • Payment and invoice: after you book, we email you the payment details and meeting link. Payment is due before the first session. The seller issues the invoice or receipt for your payment.
  • Cancelling: use the link in your confirmation email at any time before the session starts. If you have already paid for that session, we refund it in full.
  • Monthly guidance covers four weekly sessions. If you stop part-way, we refund the sessions not yet held.
  • If we cancel or miss a session, you choose between a new time and a full refund of that session.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 14 days.

Guidance is advice on your project. Decisions about your product and code remain yours, and results are not guaranteed. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Intellectual property and feedback

The AI4Kanban name, brand, and website content belong to us. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the hosted Service under these Terms.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely. We will not name you publicly without your permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The website and Cloud are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation. Cloud in particular makes no promise of availability or data retention.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service concerned in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away your statutory consumer rights.

Ending

You can stop using the Service at any time. To stop paying for Pro, cancel it as described in Pro. Signing out or turning Cloud off for a board stops sending data, but does not delete it. To remove your Cloud account and records, email [email protected]. The Privacy Policy explains what removal covers.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if your use creates risk for us or others, or if we end the Service. Terms that by their nature should survive, including ownership, liability limits, and governing law, survive the end of your use.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection in your country, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above and email Cloud users and Pro subscribers about any material change. A change never applies to training you have already paid for, or to a Pro period you have already paid for.

General

  • Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about the website, Cloud, Pro, and training. A Pro purchase is also subject to Creem's buyer terms. The Apache License 2.0 still governs the software.
  • Severability: if any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • Assignment: you may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a reorganisation, merger, or sale.
  • Force majeure: neither side is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
  • Sanctions: you may not use the Service if you are subject to applicable sanctions.
